In Singapore, the import and sale of sugar gliders are controlled via the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority of Singapore (AVA). As of 2021, a Class B allow is needed to import and provide sugar gliders from the state. This permit is just issued to accredited pet shops or registered enterprises.
